THE REHASH
· Rayna and Anders are orphaned twins
· They got food in their stomach through thieving. One day when there's an event (selecting who will be a future student in Ulfar as a wolf), Anders got caught but Rayna saved him by telling that she and Anders are there for the selection. So up they went to the front. Rayna first and touched the staff. She did not turned wolf but became a dragon instead. All hell broke loose. They targeted her, and so she flee.
· Anders touched the staff too and instead of becoming a dragon like his twin, he became a Wolf.
· So he got separated with his sister. Other wolf sees him so he gets taken in to Ulfar but he needs and wants to find his sister so he asked for help from Jerrod (another orphan in the streets). He left and then he searches for his sister every hiding place they have. BTW, he transformed back to human.
· He finally found his sis at one of their hiding place. Got together again. He had news on how everyone wanted to kill her because she's a dragon. Might be a spy they said. That made her angry and being angry made her transform back to a dragon again.
. Anders then trained in the academy so he could also get Intel on how to find his sister, Rayna. He met Lisabeth there. Who is actually the daughter of the head of white wolf.
. Anders and Lisabeth uncovered that a long time ago, wolves and dragons lived harmoniously. They built things together.
. One day, they all went for an excursion. The whole class, but Anders and Lisabeth knew they (the heads) were just trying to find the dragons to kill them all. So they stole the invention used to locate the dragons.
. They found 2 dragons and Rayna. They all went to the hideout of the dragons where they met Leif.
. Apparently, all the wolves teaching are not accurate. They don't kill the children they took, they helped them. All the other children who manifested. They took them to help because if they transformed into dragons, they'd be killed on the spot.
. And then the wolves came. They attacked the hideout. Ander's friends are also there. They wanted to rescue Anders and Lisabeth. Anders transformed, feeling helpless at the battle because he doesn't have the water power.
. But little did he know, when he tried and successfully felt the water, he could also use the fire from the dragons.
That's it. It ended with a cliffy. LOL. I liked it enough that I rated this a 3 stars. And planned to read the next one next year. Hence, I made this because I always forgot things that happened in the book before the latest one. And I couldn't be bothered to do a reread when there are lots of other books waiting for my time. :P
